They get 20% off their first purchase; and once they are your referred customer, you earn 20% of every product they buy online, paid straight into your UK bank account.
How it works: three steps, no codes, no catch
- Share your link. You get a personal referral link in your dashboard. Send it to anyone who could use LetsFile.
- Your friend buys. When a friend clicks your link and makes their first purchase, they get 20% off automatically (no code to enter), and they are locked to you.
- You earn 20%. You earn 20% of what they pay, paid into your UK bank account automatically. No need to request it.

Your friend gets 20% off their first purchase, applied automatically at checkout when they arrive through your link.
You earn 20% of what they pay (the price after their discount), on every qualifying purchase they make, for as long as they remain your referred customer.

Who can join?
Any LetsFile customer, auto-enrolled. Your dashboard shows your link, live stats and earnings at app.letsfile.co.uk/account/referrals.
How much do I earn?
20% of whatever your friend actually pays after their discount. On our current Property CGT prices:

What counts?
Every product an attributed friend buys online. Commission applies to online product purchases only; bespoke advisory and consultancy services are not commissionable. One-off products (e.g. Property CGT) earn you 20% each time. Subscription products earn 20% of your friend's first payment only; renewals after that do not earn further.
How long do I earn for?
Your friend's first purchase must happen within 90 days of clicking your link for them to be locked to you. After that there is no time limit: you earn on every product they buy online, for as long as they remain your referred customer.
When and how do I get paid?
Automatically, by bank transfer into your UK bank account. Each commission clears a 30-day cooling-off period (so we are not paying out on purchases that later get refunded), then it is paid on or around the first working day of the following month. You do not need to request it. Add your bank details once in your dashboard (stored encrypted).
Can I refer myself?
No. We block self-referrals by matching email and payment details. Creating a second account to refer yourself is grounds for termination of the referral account and forfeiture of any unpaid balance.
Is there a cap?
No cap. The more you share, the more you earn.
